Never carried a better general purpose blade. It also had the belt loop on the sheath and the handle finish was worn off in about the same place as yours. The sheath is no...I have an A400 knife and sheath. The sheath is not the same as yours, The top part makes a belt loop just above where the blade goes into the sheath. It is brown leather. This was my fathers knife and I believe he acquired this before the 1970's possibly 1950 or 1960's.
